Emil Raytchev

Emil Raytchev joined Arrow Global in 2023 to help grow the firm’s footprint in opportunistic credit, asset-backed and special situations investments. With over 20 years of experience in structured and illiquid credit, Emil began his career at Deutsche Bank Global Markets in London, where he worked across structured credit trading, securitisation structuring and execution, asset-backed lending, and whole loan trading in the UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe. He later joined Centerbridge Partners in London, where he was a senior member of the Asset Backed Special Situations team, investing in granular credit and RE asset portfolios, and was also working closely with the Financial Institutions PE team on key acquisition transactions.

Emil holds a degree in International Finance and Strategic Management from the Nuremberg Institute of Technology.
