Private Credit’s Evolution: Stability, Opportunity, and the Road Ahead
In today’s European private credit landscape, stability and scalability have become the new cornerstones of success. In this Investment & Pensions Europe (IPE) commentary, Zach Lewy, founder, CEO and CIO of Arrow Global, explains how the asset class is maturing, offering institutional investors clear, risk-adjusted opportunities amid market dislocation, refinancing gaps, and macroeconomic shifts.
Arrow manages and services over €110 billion in assets, leveraging data, technology, and deep local insight to drive performance and manage complexity.
As Zach explains:
“Private credit has undergone a transformation in recent years, and as we head into 2025, the opportunities ahead are clearer than ever.”
“The most experienced investors prioritise opportunities that are easy to understand, straightforward to track, and backed by strong fundamentals.”
“We are stepping in to support banks… providing additional capital to bridge the gap.”
From bridging distressed refinancings to financing real estate and hospitality assets in Europe’s rising southern markets, Arrow is helping reshape private credit into a more transparent, resilient, and investor-aligned asset class.
