Arrow Global appoints new Group Head of Sustainability
Arrow Global Group plc (“Arrow”, and together with its subsidiaries the “Group”), a leading European investor and alternative asset manager in non-performing and non-core loan portfolios and real estate assets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Woods as Group Head of Sustainability.
Paul will be responsible for driving Arrow’s Sustainability programme, ensuring that it supports the Group’s purpose of building better financial futures. His role reflects the business’ commitment to being a responsible market participant and corporate citizen while seeking to contribute positively to environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters across the industry.
Already an Arrow Global employee, Paulhas helped to positively evolve Arrow’s Enterprise and Operational Risk frameworks since he joined in 2017. He has been central to the development of the Group’s ESG strategy which has resulted in the development of a dedicated sustainability function to drive this critical policy area forward. Prior to working at Arrow, Paul was with GE Capital for 15 years working across a number of senior Credit Risk, Operational Risk and Loss Mitigation roles.Paul will report to Martina Swart, Group Chief Legal and Risk Officer.
