Further to the Company’s announcement on 18 October 2017 stating that Paul Cooper will be appointed as the Company’s Group Chief Financial Officer and Board Director with effect from 1 January 2018, the Company received notification on 6 December 2017 that Paul had purchased a number of ordinary shares in the Company.
